Sorry for my absence throughout the past couple of weeks. I have been really busy with schoolwork and other personal activities. However, I've had some time today and have been able to fix the encoding issue for certain characters on announcements. Along with this, API documentation should see some updates soon.
I have plans to turn the current authentication system from the developer API into a proper OAuth2 authentication system over the next few months. Please be ready for a lot of new changes coming to the developer API and for some proper documentation. Hopefully, the entire developer API changes will be released at the same time, so you will not have to worry about changes over time that may break your application once this new system is released.
The developer API has been moved from https://www.theartex.net/cloud/api/ to https://api.theartex.net/. This means that all applications using the developer API will have to change the endpoints they use to interact with the API. Along with this, the API's documentation will receive some major updates soon, so be sure to constantly check out the documentation at https://www.theartex.net/documentation/.
For any developers that use the developer API at https://www.theartex.net/documentation/, please note that all Minecraft sections have been removed. Not only were the sections unreliable and fairly poorly put together, but I will also be focusing the API on sections that only relate to theartex.net and Artex Development. Please be sure to check up on the documentation regularly for any changes.
The Artex Development GitHub organization has been renamed. Instead of finding our repositories via artexdevelopment, please view them through artex-development at https://github.com/artex-development/. Because of the change, any old links that have been sent on the Discord guild might not work in the future. I have done my best to change all links on GitHub, the Discord guild and all websites.
Artex Development has recently taken over a project known as Lukkit. Like the rest of our projects, we will try and update Lukkit as frequently as possible. For those who do not know what I am talking about, Lukkit is a Bukkit plugin that allows developers to create other plugins quickly and easily using the Lua scripting language. For more information, check out the GitHub repository at https://github.com/artex-development/Lukkit.
Administrators, developers and team members of Artex Development are now able to share their work and updates with the rest of the community. New announcements will be shown on the website at https://dev.theartex.net/ and on Discord. For more information, feel free to ask a team member.
